A Support Ticket is a request for help.

This system allows you to report a problem, describe it in detail and tell us how urgent the issue is. The IT department receives an immediate notification of your problem. We then assign a member of staff to deal with your problem and monitor it's progress. Every request for help is assigned a unique number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. By using this system you don't have to worry about who to call or report the problem to as this is done by us!
